1. Return Policy Overview

If you’re looking to return your order for any reason, we're here to help! You can return any product within 3 business days from the delivery date to receive a refund to your original payment method, minus the shipping cost.

If we send a damaged item, product, or an incorrect size, Mirela Designs will cover the shipping costs for the return.

2. Exceptions to the Return Policy

Please note the following exceptions to our return policy:

• Discounted or sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
• Innerwear items such as shapewear cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
• Returned items must be sent back in their original packaging and condition.

3. Refund & Store Credit

Once the returned item is received and inspected, you may choose to:

• Receive a store credit for the same value to make another purchase; or
• Request a refund to your original payment method.
