VIA EMAIL/PHONE: You will receive a confirmation email plus a second email with tracking information and a link to track your order in real-time. VIA YOUR ACCOUNT: Login to your Mirela Designs account and select “Order History” to track the information
All orders placed before 9am CST are processed within 1-3 business days. We do not ship on Sundays and/or nationally observed US holidays. We make every attempt to get your orders out to you as quickly as possible. However, due to the high volume during peak holiday seasons, orders may take 2 to 4 business days for processing.
As soon as we receive your order, we start working on fulfilling it right away, so we are unable to accept changes to an order once it's been placed considering cost of packing materials costs.
We use UPS and USPS for Standard, First class and Priority shipping. To find out which carrier was used, please use the tracking information provided in your shipping email.
We don’t offer services outside of the U.S for now.
Here’s what we suggest doing: ● Look for a notice of attempted delivery ● Ask your roommates or neighbors if they accepted your delivery ● Check again at the end of the next day. Few carriers don't deliver on Saturdays but they mark as delivered for some reason.
